I have my undergraduate degree in Recreational Therapy and my masters degree in Special Education. I have been a Special Education teacher for 6 years until the time I had my son (10 months ago). It was a hard decision for me to leave teaching because I love it so much and I love my students, but nothing can replace being a full-time mom. I have lots of experience in elementary and middle school aged academics, regular education and also special needs. I taught at a middle school and in my classroom we focused mainly on a 1st-2nd grade curriculum. I am trained in Reading Mastery (all levels) and I taught math up to an 8th grade level. I would love to tutor anyone under the age of 15.
